E-mail Print PDF

The first Project Progress Report of IMPONET was submitted on the 9th September, 2011.

In this report the main points that were reviewed were the following:

- Technical progress and results achieved so far: Most of the efforts were directed towards the completion of WP1 activities and the execution of WP2 and WP8 tasks (State of the Art and Gap Analysis, Business Requirements, Application Scenarios, initial set of operational guidelines, System Requirements, uploaded requirements in RTH requirement tool). As far as tasks associated with project management are concerned, the IMPONET web site was created to disseminate the results and to publish news related to the project.

- Major dissemination activities: During this period, several IMPONET members have attended conferences and presentations.

- Managerial issues: The French subconsortium did not obtain funding for the project and decided to leave the consortium. In Spain, the company DS2 went bankrupt and there were two new additions to the consortium: Unión Fenosa Distribución and KEMA. The South Korean company Wooam requested to join the project.

The project progress report of the first semester of 2011 was accepted by the Itea reviewers.
