On the 20th March, the project review of the IMPONET was celebrated in Madrid, Spain. All the consortium members participated in the review. The main objective of this review was to present the result achieved by the each consortium member.

The most important topics that were presented are a general overview of IMPONET, the market and research opportunities, a review of work packages, demonstrations, standardization activities, dissemination actions and exploitation perspectives.

Before concluding the review, the consortium members had a reviewers session in which they realized a feedback about the review.

The most important results achieved by the consortium members have been the identification and description of the requirements for Advanced Metering and Power Quality Monitoring, the development of a prototype concentrator and meter device and the realized demonstrations of several IMPONET sub-systems.

In general, the opinions of ITEA attendees about the review are quite good. Some of these are:

-      Excellent preparation of review

-      Excellent project management.

-      It could sometimes be more focused on essential points for the project itself.
