The Nemo&Coded final project review was celebrated in Madrid, Spain PDF Print E-mail

On the 20th November, 2013 , the Nemo&Coded final project review was celebrated in Madrid, Spain.

All the consortium members participated in the review. The main objective of this review was to present the final results during the project.

The standardization activities, the dissemination and exploitation perspectives in the future have been also presented.All work package results were presented. The demostrations of the Nemo&Coded "sub systems" were also shown.

The most important results achieved by the consortium members were:

  • A real-time platform for operation and monitoring of the network has been created.
  • System architecture based on the use of the CIM (IEC61968 & IEC61970) , IEC6185 and RAW  for the  bi-directional communications,has been developed.
  • The Head-End of the Advanced Metering has been integrated with the SPEED platform.
  • Web portal to visualization of customer energy data consumption.
  • Prototyping have been developed  for the integration of SPEED at device level, electrical distribution devices integration, and whole system integration and tests.

The conclusions of the ITEA reviewers were very satisfactory.

14th March, 2013 , he project review of the NEMO&CODED was celebrated in Madrid, Spain.

All the consortium members participated in the review. The main objective of this review was to present the result achieved by the each consortium member.

All work packages, with the efforts and progress that have occurred in the last annuity have been presented in the review. The standardization activities, the dissemination and exploitation prospects in the future have been treated too.

The most important results achieved by the consortium members have been:

  • SOA, for controlling and monitoring electrical devices and management measure.
  • SOA, for the control and monitoring of electrical devices.
  • Development system architecture based on the use of the IEC 61850 standard and DPWS and support to the non-Nemo/Nemo devices.
  • Nemo Web Service.
  • Nemo Kernel.

The conclusions of Itea attendees about the review is pending.

Submission and evaluation of the Fourth Project Progress Report PDF Print E-mail

The Fourth Project Progress Report of NEMO&CODED was submitted on 27th February, 2013. The status of project tasks in the second half of 2012 is contained in this report.

The main points reviewed in this report  were the following:

  • Based on the results of all work packages of the phase II except the WP1, the project members have made progress all the tasks.
  • In November 15th-16th, the consortium organized a workshop at the Centre of Technology and Systems of Uninova in Lisbon, Portugal. The workshop meeting was attended by Indra Software Labs, Indra Sistemas, Deusto, Tecnalia, UPM, and Uninova.In this workshop, the consortium analysed the work done on Phase I, both hardware and software, and discussed the way to integrate the development on Phase II.

As far as this reporting period is concerned, the objectives for the period have been satisfactorily met.

The project progress report was accepted by the Itea reviewers.
